Olive Oil for Pain....
Olive oilhas been giving innumerable benefits over the centuries. It has always proved to be one among the best oils for the treatment of Pain related problems in our day to day life.
If I start listing the benefits of Olive Oil for pain alone, then the list would be endless. So, I’m sharing my real life experience and knowledge about this oil in the best possible way.
Firstly, let me talk about how it begins...these pains actually start in a negligible manner, but later on in the long run, turn into severe illness and leads to Surgery, which will be the only option available...
Secondly, I had always wondered as to why my parents never underwent something called as minor or major surgeries... the reason being, they made use of the little things in life that are easily available, gave in their time and effort to keep themselves fit.... and never ignored their little problems, nor used over the counter medicines for immediate relief...
Hmmm, I definitely support the fact that now a days we are so busy in our lives that we can hardly give ourselves much time... being it for health or any other reason. Probably we keep health as our last priority cause nature anyways takes good care of us irrespective of whether we care or not... but ... when nature turns back on us... what next?.... anyways, we will look for a solution. There is no problem that doesn’t have a solution....
Anyways, Let me get back to my topic and start with explaining the common body pains we come across in our daily life... for example, Arm Pain, Leg Pain, Backbone Pain, Spinal Cord Pain... etc.
Next, what are the benefits of Olive Oil.. and does it benefit in relieving these pains? Yes, it does... it Relieves Arm Pain. Relieves Leg Pain. Relieves Backbone Pain and also helps to Relieve Spinal Cord Pain...
Method of Application: Every Oil has its own benefits.. but... it will work efficiently only if it’s used in the right way...
I have listed the steps that you need to follow for the application of this oil....
- Pour sufficient amount needed into a steel container Or a bowl.
- Slightly Heat it on low flame.
- Massage it evenly with slight pressure on the areas of Pain with your fingers and edge of your wrist.
- The heat of the oil should be felt on the skin. Do not make the oil very hot, it might burn the skin... stay safe and be careful...
- DO NOT MICROWAVE THE OIL.
Usage: Which is the best time to apply this oil for best results....
For best results apply the Oil before Bedtime.
Although, this Oil Can be applied Anytime during the Day. Keep Applying this oil on a daily basis without fail, unless the pain subsides completely.
I would like to end my post by adding a few points of advice that, no matter how small the problem looks in the initial stages...make sure you rectify it at the earliest... do not let it reach the point where it becomes difficult to handle it in a simpler way... health comes first....

NOTE: Don’t use this oil if you have broken or very sensitive skin. Also make sure that you are not allergic to this oil. Oils are slippery so be cautious if you use them in the shower. Use a bath mat and wash the bath or shower tray to get rid of oil.
